Joshua
W. Parrish 1977 ~ 2009 of Salt Lake City, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his sleep at home on January 4, 2009.
Born July 8, 1977 in Sandy, Utah, the son of the late Lenard Ward Parrish and Eileen Jo (Anderson) Parrish. He was married
to Mandy Morgan in West Valley City, Utah and they had one son, Garrett Joshua Parrish. They later divorced. Josh was a wonderful,
caring and patient father. Josh spent the majority of his career working for the Salt Lake City Water Department. Josh enjoyed
snow mobiling, the latest electronic gadgets and most of all, spending time with friends and family. Josh accumulated and
kept in touch with friends and family throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by his son, Garrett Joshua Parrish; his
mother, Eileen Jo. (Anderson) Parrish; his brothers, Jacob R. Parrish and Lenard Adam Parrish; and his sisters, Joie Parrish
Peck and Treasure Lynn (Parrish) Hatch. Funeral service will be on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 12 noon at the LDS Hunter
6th Ward located at 3930 South 6000 West in West Valley City, Utah. A viewing will be held at the church on Thurs.
from 11-11:45 a.m. prior to the service.
